How to Install macOS Mojave 10.14.3 on VMware
Step 1: Previously, if you did not install VMware Workstation on Windows 10, please refer to the following video or article.

Step 2: After installing VMware Workstation, you must use VMware Unlocker before creating a new virtual machine for macOS Mojave 10.14.3.
Step 3: VMware Unlocker opens the macOS lock on VMware Workstation. To download your VMware Unlocker computer, visit the link below.
Step 4: After downloading VMware Unlocker, run the win-install.cmd file in the folder as administrator.

Step 5: You can now install macOS on VMware.
Step 6: Create a new virtual machine for macOS Mojave 10.14.3. In the operating system selection window, select macOS 10.14.
Step 7: After creating the macOS Mojave 10.14.3 virtual machine, download the macOS Mojave ISO file to your computer by visiting the link below.
Step 8: Add the macOS Mojave ISO file to the virtual machine, and do not run the virtual machine !!!
Step 9: Open the macOS Mojave 10.14.3 virtual machine location, add smc.version = “0” to the .vmx file, and save the file.
