This article shows you the steps to run VMware Fusion 12 Pro, which allows you to run virtual machines on the macOS Big Sur 11 operating system on Apple Mac computers.
VMware Fusion lets you use a Windows or Linux virtual machine directly on macOS without restarting hosts.
Available in two versions, Pro and Player, VMware Fusion is simple and easy to use by both home users and IT professionals.
You can install Windows 10 in addition to your macOS system using Apple’s Boot Camp program. However, you will always have to restart your computer when you want to switch from macOS to Windows 10. Therefore, you can migrate to Windows 10 virtual machine faster using VM Fusion software instead of Boot Camp.
After installing the Fusion software on Big Sur 11, the latest version of macOS, you can create a new virtual machine and install any Windows or other operating systems.
